Sourced from the Las Isabellas farm in the western highlands of El Salvador, this coffee is a beautiful blend of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties. Grown at elevations ranging from 1,200 to 1,450 meters on the southern slopes of Cerrón Grande in Apaneca, this farm is part of the Blue Harvest sustainability project.

Las Isabellas spans 175 acres of pristine natural forest, complete with springs and waterfalls, and is proudly Rainforest Alliance Certified. Under the dedicated stewardship of Jose Roberto Santamaria, the farm and mill are managed with a deep commitment to both quality and environmental stewardship.
