From the renowned Yirgacheffe region, this exceptional coffee is grown at elevations between 1,700 and 2,000 metres. Sourced from the Negele Gurbitu area, the beans are of the prized Ethiopian Heirloom variety and are fully washed after being harvested between October and December.
This coffee is all about character — intensely floral, funky, and full of personality. Expect tasting notes reminiscent of Earl Grey tea and a hint of whisky-like depth. A unique and memorable cup.
